We have always had a good time going to the ballpark here in town. Included in the "Jounior Slugger" Kid's Pack this season were select opertunites to run the basses after games. This was after the last game of the season. It was the 3rd or 4th time he has run the basses. The first time I had to run with him, the second time Jeff ran with him. The previous times he has run them by himself.
Oh, how fast he is going up. It is bitter sweet for me. Excited that he is doing things by himself and sad that he is not my baby any more.

This is probably too much to share in one post but wanted to get the pictures out. I will tell more stories later.

Showing off his new shoes. I asked him to let me take a picture of his shoes and this is what I get. :-)

Relaxing
On a weekend in November we went with Grandmum & Grandad on a mini vacation in the 'CAMPER!' It was great to get away from things before the holiday busyness starts.
I got the door.
Helping Granddad grill.
Daddy learning to maneuver the truck and camper. Mom (Pam) hooked it up.

Making connections
So Will has voted in his 3rd November election. I talked to
him Monday night and said that we were going to go vote in the morning. Then
this morning we watched 'Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood' on PBS, which was about voting.
When we were done filling out the ballot and put it in the box, he stopped me
to ask when we could count them. He was disappointed when I told him that
someone else was going to do it. I had never talked to him about counting but
Daniel did. He is such a smart boy to be making that connection, on his own. Is
this normal for his age? I don't know.
