Mini Vacation - Trip to the coast

We decided to take a weekend to celebrate our 10th anniversary and go to Galveston. We had a great time. Will got to have a few firsts this weekend: long car trip (~4 hours), first night in a hotel/condo, playing on the beach and ‘swimming’ in the Gulf of Mexico.

My sister-in-law keeps a blog. I am always impressed with her thoughts and cute and witty entry titles. I am not that talented. Sometimes I don't post because I can't do that. I can't keep up with her and that's ok because I am not her. I need to remember that what ever I do is ok.

Granddad came over to help Jeff finish the floor in our attic. Grandma helped me organize Will’s room. We found his newborn hospital hat. He is now 7 month, 3 weeks old.

Juneteenth 2010

Round Rock held their 2nd Annual Juneteenth Celebration. We went to listen to a couple of bands. Will took a little bit of time to warm up to the soundings, but when he did, he enjoyed himself.

Birthday

We went out to celebrate Grandma & Granddad Birthday’s. Yes, they have the same birthday. Will did great, he was good for the entire dinner, even when he got tired at the end.
